Consultation: 10 minutes with the director, 20 minutes with the manager. I went straight into the director consultation and then spoke with the manager. At first, I went because I wanted a very natural first-surgery look with a low, lightly fixed double eyelid, but when I showed photos, they recommended incision double-eyelid surgery as if it were obvious. Kim Han-seong... it was so different from what I had heard that I was really taken aback. *Before this, I went to 3 places, and after this, 4 more, and everywhere except here said that incision was only if I really wanted it, but that buried suture was possible and that my eyes were the type that should have buried suture. They also said my eye-opening strength was good, so my eyes were absolutely not the type that needed double-eyelid surgery. I showed them photos of the thin line I wanted, and that kind of eye is definitely not the result of double-eyelid surgery. It was a slightly sleepy, half-open-looking eyeㅠ But even so, seeing them say that this eye absolutely needed double-eyelid surgery, I don't know about their technique, experience, or skill, but I felt they lacked a bit of aesthetic sense in quickly picking up the look the patient wants. I also think a clinic interior reflects the director's aesthetic sense to some degree, and Kim Han-seong Plastic Surgery had the atmosphere of a neighborhood internal medicine clinic. Put positively, it had a comfortable and warm feel. Anyway, when I said I didn't want double-eyelid surgery and wanted buried suture instead, they said buried suture was possible but the eye I wanted would not come out, and they drew a line that felt like an in-line shape that eats into the inner corner, a plain line, and I did like the line they marked for me at that time! I wasn't even asking for an outer line, and I don't have much of an epicanthal fold, so it wasn't a difficult eye. But because they recommended double-eyelid surgery, I don't think I would choose this place out of all those clinics. The price was the 3rd cheapest out of 8 places. (Based on buried suture only) The after-service is free for 2 years if it comes undone with buried suture, and 3 years for incision, they said. The aftercare seems really well organized! For reference, I liked that the manager didn't have that typical manager vibe, and since they said incision wasn't needed for double-eyelid surgery and that buried suture was enough, I felt like this was a bit different from the clinics in Gangnam that just say the same thing. Putting aside the confusion from the manager and director having different opinions... I had seen a few places where the manager sat in on the director consultation and then kept recommending things afterward like they were the director, with their words changing all the time, so haha, I thought maybe the director here doesn't just use photos as a 'reference' but as a 'deep reference.'
