I went thinking about various procedures like re-do eye surgery, lower canthoplasty, and lower-eyelid fat repositioning, and I was glad they gave me a very honest consultation. They honestly told me that even if I did lower canthoplasty, I wouldn't get a big effect, and since I don't have much lower-eyelid fat, it would be fine to do it, but it would be better to wait until later. For the re-do eye surgery, they said they would do a double-line incision, so there would be an effect of lowering the line, but since a scar could remain, I should think carefully before deciding.
