I went because I liked the post-procedure photos the most. The consultation was really, really detailed and thorough. I didn't really have any prepared questions, so it ended quickly, but I think it would have taken a really long time if I'd come with a lot of prepared questions. Even so, they explained everything very carefully. They were calm and meticulous. The manager didn't do any excessive consultation or pressure me to book, etc., which I liked. They seemed to have pride.
