Honestly, if you’re going to do non-incision alar base reduction, just get incision alar base reduction instead. Non-incision alar base reduction hurts too much on the sides of the nose when talking or moving, and the effect on narrowing the nose is almost zero. The threads keep loosening, so you can expect it to go back after 2 to 3 weeks. If it were going to go back anyway, I wouldn’t have done it.
