Review

The staff were so kind, and the counselor(?) was very thorough and realistic in what they said, which made me trust them. However, the waiting time was insanely long. There were hardly any people waiting, and even though I had a reservation, I think I waited almost an hour. If anything, the facility was set up to make the wait comfortable, whether or not they are usually known for long wait times.
