I'm not completely sure of the director's name, but there was only one, so I think it's that person. The waiting time is too long. I had to wait a long time after the consultation, which was a bit much.. The skincare staff was extremely kind and took good care of me, so I got through it. I got Aquapeel? for the treatment, but since I only did it once, I'm still not sure how effective it is.
