The doctor and the consultation manager were kind, but the other staff were just... There were a lot of people waiting, but they were laughing and chatting too loudly at the desk, and I was like, what's going on? The consultation manager was kind, but seemed to lack information, though I liked that they didn't push anything on me. In fact, they stopped me because they thought it might be too much. The doctor was definitely kinder than at other places, yeah. I had lip and lip-corner treatment, and they shaped the line exactly how I wanted.
