It was my first time getting a procedure like this, so the coordinator was very kind and answered everything while looking at my face one by one. They also explained the aftercare method in detail. During the procedure, the clinic felt a bit factory-like, so maybe that's why I couldn't really see the doctor or talk much, and it seemed to be over in about five minutes Still, I'm satisfied with the procedure. They do it naturally well (it's been 6 months).
