I'm someone covered in freckles, so I went to get rid of them, and from the start they recommended a pigment laser, so I got that. I had pico toning, Genesis, and some laser I don't know the name of, for a total of about 7 sessions. The freckles were completely gone, but they came back anyway, which was annoying, but while I had the treatment the effect was good.
