Since it's factory-style, there wasn't really any consultation, and when they called my name I went in, lay down, and after a few minutes the doctor came and gave the injection and it was over. I thought they'd at least ask where my concerns were, but still, they were kind. The Botox seems to be working, but the contour shot doesn't seem like it is.
