The director's pride was way too strong, and I got scolded the whole consultation while they just kept talking about themselves. No matter how much my nose may be the problem, I'm still the patient... I got scolded for two hours and came back. Before the consultation, the manager said not to talk back and just listen, then ask questions later, but they kept talking only about the problems, so partway through the consultation I felt like I shouldn't have come and that I had wasted a whole day. I think I even got angry at the manager. The manager said their style doesn't really match the director's style, that they don't match at all, and it really didn't match. Even if it wasn't expensive, even if it was my first nose, I still wouldn't do it there.
