First of all, from the staff to the director, it was a serenade of kindness. There was absolutely no pressure to book a procedure. But since the director has a specific style they pursue, if you want something that feels different, you’ll need to strongly insist! I know nothing about nose surgery, but they explained very kindly what the problem was and how the process would go. Moving... I was extremely satisfied with the consultation!
