This is from an experience I had during a consultation last year. The consultation manager was completely unprofessional. It was hard to even tell if she was really a consultation manager. She basically just haggled over the price. The director was very kind, but there was a lack of detailed analysis of my eyes. It was right after they opened, so there were only a few patient photos on the computer, making it hard to check surgical cases. She showed me two or three photos and talked, so I asked the manager if I could see photos of eyes similar to mine, but she said they had no photos because they had just opened I wondered if they couldn’t bring photos from a previous hospital of surgeries performed by that doctor? It left me with questions. In the end, there was nothing that really clicked for me, so I changed my mind.
