I had surgery with Director Jeong Soo-woo when he was at Opera! Seriously... this is a very, very old surgery review. I had my first double eyelid surgery with the burying method and it failed, then I had incision surgery at another clinic and that failed too...... Back then I heard Opera’s revision surgery was cheap, so I went there. I didn’t even know about going around to different clinics and comparing them, so I just went blindly, without having studied enough, and I didn’t even know which director was good at what. They said I should choose one, but I just stood there not knowing anything, and then the desk staff assigned me to Director Jeong, and I was like, huh? But the consultation was so kind... Just by looking at my eyes, he said I’d had surgery several times and there were many lines, and then he explained everything in detail, so I really believed him and ended up booking that day just because of how I felt. After booking, I agonized because there were no reviews for Director Jeong, but I just went ahead with the surgery and it went well. It’s been over 10 years and I still haven’t needed another revision.. In the operating room, the staff were chatting and laughing, so he quietly told them to be quiet because it was time to operate on a patient, and asked those who were leaving to please go out quickly. He told me he was sorry and that it would be over soon, and I remember getting anesthesia. That left such a strong impression that I still remember it.. Later, when I tried various procedures, the female staff always prepared the anesthesia, and the doctor was called in; the doctor had never come in beforehand to get things ready. Much later I found out there was a lot of talk in that café about Opera Plastic Surgery brokers running wild, but I actually ended up avoiding all those hot-shot directors by chance and met only Director Jeong.. It turned out so well and I remember feeling so happy. I hear you’ve opened a new clinic, so hmm... I’m excited and tempted to go ask about canthoplasty. I hope it goes well..!
