I successfully had philtrum reduction. I ignored all the hospitals in Seoul, took the KTX, and spent 8 hours round-trip to Daegu, and it was more than worth it. From the surgery reviews, it seems there can be individual differences, but for me the biggest obstacles to philtrum reduction - no scar and no nasal deformation - did not happen. This is the best hospital in the country for philtrum reduction.
