I did a KakaoTalk consultation late at night and also consulted through the Riz Plastic Surgery Daum cafe, and they explained everything in detail. One doctor handles the surgery, and it doesn't feel too factory-like, so I trust them. They didn't really delete the bad reviews on the Riz cafe either, so thanks to that I was able to understand the possible side effects clearly.
