The operating room felt shabby, and the surgeon was not a specialist. But it seems they became famous by word of mouth. I went there through a friend’s recommendation, and back then I never even thought about shopping around. I was anxious because there were no reviews, and the operating room didn’t even feel like an operating room, so I was nervous. But the surgery went well. Still, even though I didn’t have ptosis correction, it’s been about 3 years and my eyes still don’t fully close. I guess once I get old and things sag, they’ll close. The inner corner surgery also went well without much scarring, but I still have a bit of an epicanthic fold left. They said they’d do it again if I wanted a revision, but I didn’t go for it because I was worried they’d overopen it and then I’d need reversal surgery. I wanted a refund more than a revision, but there’s no way they would give one. Everyone says it’s a fully incisional job but doesn’t look obvious and my eyes are pretty, so I’m somewhat satisfied.
