I had surgery there a very long time ago, when I was little, after a friend introduced me to them. The result isn't bad. But a few years later, when I went back because I wanted to have a more dramatic revision surgery, the director was still kind and nice, but how could the staff do that? When they saw my pre-surgery photo in the chart, they were giggling among themselves. I was so hurt that I just left.
