Surgery was performed with the expectation of improving the shape through adjustment of the nasal cartilage without implants. I expected a permanent effect with non-dissolving threads. However, the thread came out through the side of my nose, causing persistent pain and pus. I informed the hospital and got examined, but they looked at the affected area and said it was fine and that nothing was wrong, then sent me home without any additional treatment. But the same problem continued, and scar tissue also formed inside my nose.
