I went there for a hair removal event. It's been almost 10 years since I had hair removal done at Sky. I barely spoke with the doctor, but there was no rude behavior or anything like that. I also had upper-lip hair removal, but honestly the upper lip was hardly removed at all... The underarms and legs were done fairly well, though. I don't know how they do it now, but I never got appointment texts or anything like that, and I just had to make my own reservation and go on my own. For example, there was never any separate notice like "you've had X out of 5 sessions" so I just had to keep track myself.
