Filler review at Seukai (스카이) · 2021-11-20

This is the worst hospital in my life. I paid 330,000 won and got 3 cc of filler in the back of my hand. If you look at reviews of hand filler at other hospitals, they sit you down, show you the product and cc amount, and let you watch while the filler is injected, but here the doctor started by laying me down and saying I was 3 cc short and should add 1 cc more. When I said I would first try 3 cc, he reluctantly said fine. Didn't Dr. Lee Su-sang himself post a YouTube video saying that 0.5 cc in each of three spots on one hand is enough?... They didn't show me the product or cc amount, or how much was done and how... In fact, my veins and blood vessels looked even more prominent, and they wrapped both hands in bandages so sloppily, then said it was something they didn't need to do but were trying to keep me from using my hands. Even by eye and by touch, I couldn't feel any fullness from the filler at all, and all that was left was the pain from the anesthesia. I've had filler at many hospitals, but this is the worst one for me. During the procedure, without prior consent, they said, "I'll take a photo without your face showing," so I awkwardly said yes, but shouldn't that kind of consent be asked before the procedure? During the procedure, a nurse or nursing assistant took out a phone and took photos. I don't know if it was for advertising, but when I asked why they were taking photos, they said I had already given consent and told the nurse to erase them. After the procedure, no matter how many ways I looked at the back of my hand, my complex only looked more obvious, so I asked for a refund. They said they would call the police. I said to call them too, but since I hadn't even eaten lunch and it felt like I would just waste time at the hospital by myself, I just left. If anyone is getting filler or any other procedure here, make sure to check the product, volume, and number of shots. I hope no one else ends up like me.. Dr. Lee Su-sang said there would absolutely be no refund and to handle it according to the law, right? Yes, I'll try everything I can.
