I got the Misko procedure about 4 years ago. The first effect was completely satisfying. The tip of my nose rose into a pretty western-style shape, but after a month it went back to the way it was before. It was disappointing that the effect didn't last long, and it felt like it returned while becoming a little more spread out than before.
