I went for a consultation a few years ago, so it might be a little different now The manager's consultation was kind. They use a small tool to hold up the eye and tell you whether incision or buried suture would be better. They didn't really pressure me to book, and with the student discount, incisional double eyelid surgery cost about 1 million won including VAT. There was no separate consultation fee, and there was a bit of a wait.
