I had fat-dissolving injections in my upper arms 5 years ago because I had fat arms, and the doctor extracted more than the standard amount, then showed me the contents taken out through the injection right away~ The needle goes into the back of the arm near the elbow, and the scar was bigger than I expected. I do not know if it was because they did not do scar care such as applying scar ointment, but the scar stayed for years~ There was some effect, but since I only did it once, I think it was just better than not doing it at all~
