I went for a consultation about revision cheekbone surgery. First of all, the hospital facilities themselves were the worst of any place I've been to; people who have been there will know... The lighting, sofa, director's office, consultation room, operating room, etc. all feel old. The consultation lasted an hour. They took a CT scan, looked at it, showed me before-and-after results of other people, and clearly take pride in their surgery. But because it's such a big surgery and because it deals with the back cheekbone and temporal muscle, which hardly any hospitals do, I think everyone will have a lot to worry about.
