The consultation took about an hour, so it was extremely long. The director talked about his experience with cheekbone surgery and showed a lot of pride. He also strongly insisted that I gain weight. He said to stay at a nearby place for one day after surgery and sleep there. He said he would give a discount if I came back after gaining weight.
