Then the second time, when I asked while lying down whether it would hurt, they replied as if it were absurd, “If you hate pain, pay more and have it done.” I wasn’t doing it because I had no money; when the counter staff asked me to choose whether or not to apply anesthetic cream, I asked which was better, and they said that if I applied the cream, the effect might be weaker, so I chose not to apply it. I don’t know why they complained to the patient from consultation through treatment.
