It is true that my freckles were removed and my skin became clear after just one treatment. However, when the director saw my bare face and skin during the skin consultation, they didn’t analyze anything and just frowned and ended there. Then the second time, when I asked while lying down whether it would hurt, they replied as if it were absurd, “If you hate pain, pay more and have it done.” I wasn’t doing it because I had no money; when the counter staff asked me to choose whether or not to apply anesthetic cream, I asked which was better, and they said that if I applied the cream, the effect might be weaker, so I chose not to apply it. I don’t know why they complained to the patient from consultation through treatment.
