Like in other reviews, I was warned that pigmentation could get up to 20% worse. I had a lot of freckles, and just went ahead with it, and the pigmentation was only visible on one or two spots if I looked hard, while the rest of the freckles were completely removed. It hurt, but I'd probably go back to do it again in a few years. Oh, and the doctor was really unfriendly. He didn't like questions, and I had to choose from the options he suggested.
