I ended up talking more with the office manager than with the doctor, so I did wonder if this was really right, but the manager explained things very specifically and gave me a lot of helpful advice. Even so, it didn't feel completely resolved, so I think I definitely need to think about it a bit more. All the staff were kind and the facility was decent, but there seemed to be more waiting time than at the other hospitals I went to.
