The staff were kind, but as for the director, I honestly don't really know. He answers questions and explains things accurately, but by my standards I'm not sure I would call him kind. Still, he doesn't seem to recommend unnecessary surgery. I hesitated because I heard he does a good job keeping things natural, but the price was a bit high.
