You first consult with the doctor, then with the coordinator. First, the doctor explained my eyes in detail and asked what direction I wanted to go in. He also showed photos of eye shapes and explained different cases while showing pictures, so I got the feeling that it was professional. I ended up having the surgery somewhere else
