I've always gotten Ulthera in Seoul, but this time I was too lazy, so I got it in Ulsan, and it seems like the effect wasn't very good. I got it from a male doctor who wasn't the chief director, and although he gave a lot of information throughout the procedure, I'm not sure how well he actually performs the treatment.
