I felt like the coordinator changed their attitude when they recommended something expensive and I said it looked like I wouldn’t do it. When I said I’d just do the cheap one, they told me to go look at other hospitals first. It doesn’t work. They said things like that.. The doctor was kind during the procedure and also explained the procedure, which I liked. While talking with the coordinator, I also felt there was almost no professionalism, to the point that I thought this clinic might be better off without coordinators at all.
