I knew it was a factory-style clinic when I went, but compared with other factory-style clinics, both the facilities and waiting time were worse. The layout was complicated, and it felt like I was expected to find my way around on my own. There were few staff, and either they were understaffed or simply were not out in the hallway They could have helped at least on a first visit. Like any cheap laser hair-removal clinic, there was nothing particularly good or bad about it. However, the doctors I met were far from being friendly or thorough. Since the equipment and prices were similar, I came to try it once, but I probably will not return.
