It seemed like a place where a lot of people came for laser hair removal. I also started with acne injections at first, then began facial hair removal, and it was okay at first but gradually got bad... First, the waiting time was way too long, and there was one staff member handling hair removal on the second floor who was personally extremely irritable and unfriendly. I asked questions to check whether everything was okay after the laser, and they answered in an annoyed, scolding tone, which was pretty baffling. Even on my first visit, as soon as I went in, the reception staff sitting there were also doing consultations, I guess, because I hardly heard any detailed explanation about the treatment area or how the procedure would go. As a first-time patient, I needed an explanation of what was possible and how far they would do it, but that part was lacking. I think there were two directors, but I do not know exactly who was who; one of them did seem a little more meticulous than the other. And the reason I felt the explanation was lacking is that I started facial hair removal because I was bothered by the small hairs growing under my chin like a beard, so I assumed facial hair removal would include the area under the chin too. But when I asked, they said the under-chin area was not part of the face, so they would not do it, which was disappointing
