I had a consultation about revision rhinoplasty using a customized implant. The consultation was sufficiently long and thorough, and the director made an effort to listen carefully to my needs. However, I preferred using autologous costal cartilage, while I got the impression that the director slightly preferred using donor rib cartilage, so I ultimately gave up. The consultation manager was not as unfriendly as described in the reviews, but I also did not feel that she was particularly friendly. Overall, it seemed like a fairly ordinary consultation.
