I went for a consultation because they were also famous for under-eye fat repositioning. My problem was that the area was sunken rather than bulging with fat, so they said I would need fat grafting with the repositioning. Unusually, they said they harvest it from the abdomen. They said it would be done in two stages, first and second. For the first stage, they said they would harvest and graft it on the same day as the under-eye fat surgery. My under-eye area is hollow, but I do not really want it too full, so I was not sure about fat grafting. But rather than repositioning, fat grafting seemed to be the main focus
