I do like that they state clearly when something can't be done, but they speak too harshly. As soon as I sat down, they pressed on my nose and touched it... I know they've done this for a long time so they're professional, but it seems like they somewhat insist on their own style of nose. When I showed them the photo I wanted, they said everyone's face is different so they can't make it exactly the same, and while holding up a mirror they told me to look once, saying they can't make it sit up like that, while also taking a photo and propping it up with a cotton swab lol. I never said I wanted it exactly the same. I just said I wanted something like this... lol. They keep saying everything is impossible, so I don't even know what kind of photo I'm supposed to bring.
