I ended up having surgery the same day as the consultation. I followed whatever the director said, and the procedure was epicanthoplasty + buried sutures. Since I have a bit of eyelid fat, I was a little skeptical about whether buried sutures would work, but I went into the operating room as planned anyway. The surgery wasn’t very painful because I was anesthetized, and it hurt a little when the anesthesia wore off... but it was bearable, and the swelling wasn’t too bad either. But there was no separate aftercare here, so they just removed the stitches and that was it. Then after about half a year? a year? the back part loosened a little. So I called, and they said I’d have to pay separately and have surgery again. So I left it alone, and then both sides loosened, so I went to another clinic for revision surgery.
