I had tip cartilage tying and chin surgery around the beginning of 2017, or maybe in 2016. Back then it was my first surgery, so I was scared and didn't get silicone implants, but without them, there wasn't much of a change after all. The chin surgery definitely improved my side profile, so I'm satisfied, but when I sleep or put pressure on the chin in one direction for a long time, it becomes numb and painful. I still think it's because of the silicone.
