I went after getting a recommendation from a friend who had prior experience, but the doctor was in surgery so I couldn't meet them^_... The person who consulted with me was kind, and they also checked the line in detail while shaping it. The price was fine too. Still, I think if I had been able to consult with the doctor directly, it could have been more specific.
