It felt extremely professional. They explained the bone structure, surgery method, diagnosis, everything in very specific detail. It was a place where I could understand why my previous surgery failed. The price seems a bit high for Busan, though. Still, it was lower than the estimated amount. Some of the staff seemed to have rather overdone cosmetic work, so I held back because I was worried I'd end up looking too overdone, but it's a place I want to go back to for another consultation. The director and the manager both spoke softly and quietly, and the overall hospital atmosphere felt kind (?)
