The director was kind, but did not explain things in detail, so I had to keep asking questions. They said it would be minimal incision (partial incision), but when I went into surgery it ended up as a full incision. I had local anesthesia, and it hurt a lot. The consultation director gave off a commercial vibe, and the surgery did not feel careful so much as just rough, so I was surprised at how careless it seemed. The result is not terrible, but one eye has a deeper scar and the line is not great, so it was not a total disaster, but I also do not feel like it was worth doing. It was not a very good experience.
