After having epicanthoplasty here, I've been suffering a lot from changes in my impression, scarring, loss of aegyo-sal, sagging under the eyes, vertical wrinkles, and horizontal wrinkles, and I'm now looking into epicanthoplasty revision.. I was satisfied with the buried-suture double-eyelid surgery, but... for almost 5 years after that I regretted it because I couldn't like my eyes and ended up spending many times more on revision.. I don't know what kind of epicanthoplasty I had, but if I had known it was a method that damaged and cut the orbicularis oculi muscle, I would never have done it.. During consultation I said several times that I didn't want epicanthoplasty, but they said canthoplasty was needed for the double eyelids to look pretty, and that it would be opened upward rather than forward. The epicanthus got cut off and the axis became sharp toward the front, and because of the muscle damage my impression became very fierce and unnatural, so I'm dissatisfied... They didn't explain these side effects or the surgical method sufficiently during consultation either
