My body is rather thin, but I had a lot of cheek fat, so I deliberated about what to do and tried a so-called Toktok injection once. It didn't have an extremely dramatic effect, but there was definitely an effect that I could feel clearly. However, it seemed like it wasn't injected into the cheek fat itself, but rather a bit toward the masseter area to create a lifting effect.
