I started going here because I had a consultation with the director, and I kept going for over 2 years, but I wasn’t really sure whether the pore injections were effective.. The director was kind, but the staff felt so lifeless, the wait was long, and there were too many people, so instead of feeling cared for, it felt like I was being processed. I’m the type who sticks with one place once I start going, and I got attached to the director too, so somehow I kept going there for a long time even though it was far. I don’t expect VIP treatment, but it’s far, and when traffic was bad I couldn’t make it to my appointment time, so I called, and the staff was so heartless and said no so firmly that I got really irritated. I turned the car around on that jammed road and went home, and after that I stopped going there..ㅎ
