I went for a consultation on buccal fat removal, and it felt less like kindness and more like, 'If you want it, then do it.' Since I wanted it, I ended up forcing myself into it a bit. The result was not good If only they had recommended surgery in another direction... it felt like they were just recommending anything to make money So I should have listened when another place told me to do deep cheek fat removal instead of just fat removal
