It's been about 10 years since I had my buried double eyelids. It depends on each person's eyes, but mine are still fine, while my friend has loosened and is thinking about revision surgery. It turned out naturally and well, so people don't notice.. I've seen incisional ones around me too, but I think they do buried ones better..
