I wanted naturally plump lips, not the artificial-looking lips that obviously look like lip filler, so I searched through tons of reviews and came in for a lip filler consultation. I showed photos and told them what kind of lips I wanted, and they explained in detail how the filler should be injected in my current lip condition to get as close as possible to the shape I wanted. They also explained the filler ingredients, so I think I can feel reassured and go ahead with it.
