Both my upper and lower lips were on the thin side, so even when I applied lipstick with an overlip makeup technique, it still didn't look flattering. I also wanted fuller, more voluminous lips, and while looking for a place that could safely improve them into a plump volume, I came in for a consultation first. I didn't get to see the director separately; I consulted with the manager, and since I also have a lot of lip lines, they explained that this could be improved too. There was no pressure to book, so I was able to consult comfortably, which I liked.
